Wise Banyan

Robo investing is becoming a fad these days. Everyone is aware of betterment and wealth front. I recently came across Wise Banyan.

WiseBanyan is a lot like betterment and wealthfront. However they do not charge fees. Fees is charged for tax-loss harvesting and other specialties (i.e. their business model). They are limited in types of accounts available. I personally love it. Zero fees. I am not too worried about Tax-loss harvesting.

The portfolio that wealthfront generated for me was not too diversified. WiseBanyan was better. Betterment was the best.

Money Market accout

Even though the interest rates are at historical low I keep looking for places to park my emergency cash. I have a Capital One 360 savings account ... has an interest of 0.75% APY.

It was recently that I came to know about Capital One 360 Money Market account which pays 1.0% APY. So, I wanted to share that with everyone else. It seems like it was started in March 2016.

P.S 10,000 and higher nets you 1.0% APY. Lower amounts give 0.60% APY (Better off with savings account).
